Ultratools compile and manage individual mould maintenance plans.

Each mould is scheduled for inspection, testing and maintenance on agreed timetables to ensure satisfactory customer production targets.

In addition to this we also offer a mould repair service.

Planned maintenance

Customers are encouraged to consider our A/B/C maintenance procedure. This plan combines the production requirement of the customer with sensible/cost-effective maintenance.

Regular Servicing

Moulds are serviced to a pre-agreed
Schedule and fully detailed Mould Reports are submitted on completion.

Mould Repairing

Moulds of up to 6 tonne can be handled in our repair/servicing section.
We undertake moulds manufactured by other mould makers as well as Ultratools moulds
